Zucchini nut bread

Ingredients:
3 Cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp ground cinnamon
3 eggs
1 Cup Vegetable oil
2 1/4 C white sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 Cups Zucchini
1 Cup Walnuts

1) Grease 2 loaf pans and preheat Oven to 325
2) in bowl add flour,salt.baking powder,baking soda,and cinnamon together
3) In a large Bowl Beat Eggs,oil,Vanilla,and sugar together, add in dry ingredients,
then mix in zucchini ,and nuts.
4)Pour into pans
Bake 60 minutes or until done.

Looks good! It won't be long till the garden will be producing more zucchini than we know what to do with! I'm going to print out your recipe so I can try it out; thanks for sharing!

I love zucchini bread. I wish that I lived near someone who grew zucchini and was looking for someone to give it to.
