Cherry Pie Filling Bread

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Beat together eggs, oil and vanilla extract.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
Stir in cherry pie filling and nuts by hand.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
*I got his recipe from www.recipegoldmine.com
It's a keeper.

That sounds really interesting, I would assume you could sub in any pie filling you had on hand too.

Yes I'm assuming you could use any pie filling. I normally don't like cherry pie filling but I like this.
It took longer to cook in my oven than the recipe called for.
