Bread Bowls-using store-bought pizza dough

1 pound store-bought pizza dough, cut into 4 equal pieces
Nonstick cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat the outsides of 4 disposable 8 1/2 inch round cake pans with nonstick cooking spray.

Turn the cake pans upside-down and stretch a dough quarter over the outside of each; prick each crust all over with a fork.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Carefully remove the crusts from the cake pans and place on a wire rack to cook. Serve or place in an airtight container until ready to serve.

TIPS:
Serving Tips: So much can be done with these! Fill them with your favorite mixed greens and top with grilled chicken or shrimp for a complete mean in one edible bowl. Use them for serving dips, or even for individual servings of your favority hearty chili and stew.
TASTY TIP: To flavor the bread bowls, lightly brush the outside of the dough with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with garlic or onion powder before baking.
*I got this recipe from Mr. Food website. I'm making this for dinner tonight and putting chili into it. It's a keeper.
Serves 4

My husband told me I'd better keep it after he tried it. So in my house it'll be a keeper ;-)

You can flip your muffin pan over and make mini bread bowls. I have done this for family dinners and it goes over well.

What a great idea! I'm going to use my own homemade dough though, but should still work just fine! Thanks for sharing!
