Thumbs up

Howdy All...

I did indeed test this recipe and yahoo, it was great...
I would make it again and again. Everyone did like it and the taste was very refreshing. Good recipe!!!

- substitutions you had to make and why recipe called for 1/2 tsp salt but I only used 1/4 tsp and it was fine...
I used the lemon extract and also the grated lemon peel...
I chose chopped pecans as my nut of choice...
Upon serving I did garnish the top of the bread with grated lemon peel and some chopped pecans...
- were instructions easy to follow very easy instructions...
- did you/your family enjoy the recipe yes, we did enjoy this bread, was a great taste for breakfast....
- any other comments you would like to include I think that this bread would be a wonderful gift as either a whole regular sized loaf, 4 mini loaves, or also muffins...
