Places to read

Where is your current favorite place to read?
Recently we have been hanging out at a downtown coffeehouse quite a bit. I have been enjoying getting a hot chocolate and reading there!

hugs, train

In the winter it is downstairs on the couch by the fireplace.....In the summer it is in the back yard laying in the hammock

I am with Debbie. I like sitting in the familyroom near the wood burning stove. Nice and warm.

In the summer I like sitting outside on the deck.

Anywhere!

Our library has a reading lounge and you're allowed to bring in covered drinks so I like to go there often.

In the evening, I love to make a cup of tea and read in bed. It's the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.

ANYWHERE!!!!! I read constantly so anywhere is good for me. I read in bed or a loveseat recliner . Summertime I read on a swing on my front porch or a hammock.

I agree with Lisa. Anywhere! I usually read in bed in the evening. MY favorite place is sitting on the patio during the summer, iced tea in hand. You can usually find me with a book anywhere I go.

In the spring/summer/early fall I love reading outside either at my house on the side deck or at the beach. IN colder weather I read either curled up on the couch or upstairs on my bed where it is quiet. sometimes I go to the library to read (especially magazines I don't subscribe to) but it can be loud there now that there are computers and kids using them to play games. I miss the quiet library.

Well, I agree with all of your favourite places to read, but my favourite of all is to go to a coffee shop - by myself - and read. By doing this I get some of my favourite things - coffee (I don't drink a lot of this, though - my body can't seem to tolerate too much), reading (which I absolutely love and couldn't do without) and time by myself (which is highly necessary at times).
