Project Play Books for Children

Project Play introduces Unique Series of Children’s Books to encourage imaginative play and foster close-knit friendships. Back-to-basic skills learned from storybook scenarios spill over into lifetime of creativity.

Project Play books share games with young readers. In the spirit of fun and adventure, the books tell the tale of young friends who reside in the neighborhood of Edgebrook. The kids use their imagination and creativity to play games while they navigate growing up together. Their stories are meant to teach the reader new ways to play with their friends. The text is casual and light-hearted and allows the reader to become friends with the Edgebrook gang.

Project Play is a movement to encourage imaginative, active play through a fun-filled Web site and series of three engaging, colorful children’s books. The books’ diverse cast of characters hails from the never dull Edgebrook neighborhood and each is bright and has unique personalities.

Led by Sam, the children play games that require physical activity and creative play. Their families and friends are introduced and everyone’s quirks and curiosities are revealed.
We invite you to get to know “Play it Again” Sam and all his friends in Edgebrook. Be inspired to play the same games that Sam and his friends do and begin a play journey within your own neighborhood.

The first three books in the series,Treasure Hunt, Follow the Leader, and Just a Baseball Game are available exclusively online for $12.99 each plus the cost of shipping. To order copies of the books, readers can visit www.ProjectPlayBooks.com.
