Scholastic's New Holiday Gem
A Very Special Snowflake
All children love playing in the snow. So do many dogs. But one snowy winter day, when Jeff and Veronica take their new puppy out for a game of catch, Snowflake disappears!
Since her white fur blends right into the many snow drifts around the neighborhood, Snowflake has fun playing hide-and-seek! The baker, the policewoman, the mail carrier, and other neighbors aren't sure they can help. They tell Jeff and Veronica that there are "snowflakes" everywhere! They don't realize Jeff and Veronica are looking for their dog. When Snowflake is found, everyone has a good laugh.
A Very Special Snowflake is written by Don Hoffman. The delightful illustrations by Todd Dakins will have children enjoying their own search for Snowflake! Author Don Hoffman Suggests Some
