Crunchy Chicken and Gravy
from Campbell's Kitchen
1 cup Pepperidge Farm(R) Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. margarine OR butter, melted
1 jar (12 oz.) Franco-American(R) Slow Roast Chicken Gravy
Mix stuffing and cheese on plate. Dip chicken into
egg. Coat with stuffing mixture. Place chicken on
baking sheet. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at
400°F. for 20 min. or until chicken is done. Heat
gravy. Serve with chicken. Serves 4.
