Oodles of Pasta & Chicken
2 cans (14 oz. each) Swanson(R) Chicken Broth (3 1/2 cups)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 cup uncooked corkscrew pasta
1 cup uncooked mafalda pasta OR medium egg noodles
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
Chopped fresh parsley
Mix broth, garlic powder and carrot in saucepan.
Heat to a boil. Add pastas. Cook over medium
heat 10 min. Add broccoli and chicken. Cook 5 min.
or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Sprinkle with
parsley. Serves 4.
