Chicken Pot Pie Pockets
For the pie pockets I just used puff pastry as the "pockets" and made up my filling usingcooked whole kernel corn,cooked onions, cooked chicken, chicken gravy,cooked carrots, and cooked potatoes. Added garlic powder, pepper and some chopped parsley. Divided the filling between the centers of the puff pastry and folded the dough over the filling making a triangle. Press together well with fork, baked on a foil lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees about 15 minutes or till golden.
