Breaded Chicken Cutlets I find using egg and plain breadcrumbs makes them more filling and tender. Usually dip them in egg & crumbs twice, really puffs them up. Family does not like them spicey.Cook them in the fry pan with a little canola oil on med so they don't burn. Comes out nice and crispy without being soggy. 1 pound chicken cutlets 1 egg beaten with a little milk added 1 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs canola oil for frying Cook on one side until browned than turn over carefully for about five min. |
