| Easy Chicken Recipe with Gravy
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or whatever chicken parts you have)
1 can of condensed cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
Salt & Pepper
Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown the chicken in the canola oil.
While the chicken is browning. Whisk together the soup and sour cream in a medium bowl.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken parts. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the chicken is done, about 25 minutes for boneless, skinless breasts.
*I trippled the soup mixture & I added 2 more chicken breasts. I used cream of celery soup. This is a keeper for me. Easy & good.
