Ranch Chicken
4 B/S chicken breasts
1 small carton low fat sour cream
1/2 cup regular flavored bread crumbs
1 small package Ranch dressing, dry
nonstick spray
Preheat oven to 350º. Cover cookie sheet with foil, and spray with non-stick spray.
Mix bread crumbs and dry Ranch dressing on a plate. (I use a pie plate to keep it from spilling everywhere!)
Place sour cream in shallow bowl. Dredge B/S chicken breasts one at a time in the sour cream, then roll them in bread crumb mixture.
Place them on the cookie sheet and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture. Lightly spray with nonstick spray. Bake for 35-45 minutes til juices run clear.
And then, enjoy!!
