4 Chicken breasts (half side) with skin on, halving the thicker end.
4 bacon rashers cut into strips
1 thinly sliced onion
Dried rosemary
Cracked pepper
Salt to taste
Lightly panfry bacon and onion together,cool.
Lay flat the trimmed chicken breasts, then season with cracked pepper, salt and rosemary.
Lay on a portion of the bacon and onion.
Roll, then skewer with toothpicks or small skewers to keep the roll closed.
In a preheated oven bake on 200*C for 30-45mins until cooked, juices run clear.
