Honey chicken cubes.
Marinade
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon ginger juice
sesame oil,
50 ml water
....
2 Chicken breasts
Extras; 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Cut meat into large dice (2 cm).
Combine with marinade and pop chicken in for min 2 hours.
Stir fry chicken pieces until half cooked cooked, adding 3 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds till fully cooked.
Serve with steamed rice and veg.
If you wish, you can coat cubed chicken in 1 egg white, cornflour then deep fry for a more authentic chinese honey chicken.
Watch honey burns and can really hurt your fingers if touched in pan.
