| Chicken Kabobs
This recipe was originally posted in September 2007 What’s for Dinner by Debknechtel Chicken kabobs 5-6 boneless chicken breast cut up assort of veggies we use onion, green, red, yellow and orange peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. 3/4 cup of oil 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup soya sauce 2 tbsps lemon juice Mix and pour over veggies and chicken in separate ziplock baggies. Marinate in fridge for at least a few hours. Place meat and veggies on metal skewers or bamboo ones that have been soaked in water. Grill on BBQ. |
