Thumbs up Pretzel-Crusted Chicken

PRETZEL-CRUSTED CHICKEN

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz each)
1/4 cup honey mustard
8 thin slices deli ham
1 TBSP. butter, melted
1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Cut a horizontal slit in one side of each chicken breast half to within 1/2 inch of the opposite side. Spread honey mustard inside each pocket; stuff with 2 ham slices.
Place in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Brush with butter; sprinkle with pretzels. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
YIELD: 4 servings

It was amazing! I halved the recipe, since there are only 2 of us. I also added swiss cheese. So yummy!
