2 cloves garlic
1 each clove
2 each peppercorns
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 small onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
4 small tomatoes
3 each chipotle chiles canned in adobo
1 teaspoon honey
1. Rinse each chicken breast and pat dry.
2. Puree the remaining ingredients and place it in a ziploc bag with the chicken breasts.
3. Allow to marinate overnight, or on the kitchen counter for 1 hour.
4. Grill or panfry until done (about 10 - 20 minutes).
Yields: 4 servings |
