3 lb skinless and boneless chicken
1 tsp dried and grounded garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ cup cooking oil
Combine garlic, black pepper, olive oil and paprika and rub into chicken to season.
Let sit for 20 minutes inside the.
Medium heat a pan or wok and add your cooking oil. Make sure that the cooking in the pan is hot enough for the chicken to not stick.
Brown both sides of the chicken and set asides in a baking for baking.
5 small red potatoes (sliced thinly)

1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup water or chicken broth
Medium heat pan and add olive oil. Add potatoes and stir for 5 minutes cover. Uncover and add garlic, black pepper, and water or broth. Cook until soft. Pour on top of the chicken.
Medium heat pan and add olive oil. Brown your garlic and shallot. Pour mushroom and cover for five minutes. Add cornstarch and mix until fully diluted into the mushroom juice. Pour chicken broth cover for 5 minutes
Preheat oven into 400
Add the cook mushroom into the chicken and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
