| Chicken Breasts with Feta and Lemon

Chicken Breasts with Feta and Lemon
6oz feta cheese
2 tbsp thin slice green onion
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
Stir feta,onions, parsley,lemon together. Stuff breast with mixture. Secure with toothpicks. Mix flour,salt ,and pepper and paprika together. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in 400 degree oven. Dip breast in flour then milk and then flour place in melted butter. dot with remaining butter and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake 20 min turn then 15 min more. 400 degree oven.
