Raspberry filling:
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 T. cornstarch
2 T lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cool before spreading on cake.
Buttercream Frosting:
6 T. softened butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4-6 T. milk
1 t. vanilla
Mix together and spread on cake (I usually make extra frosting because I like a lot!!)
