| Pumpkin Pie Milkshake 1 large slice of pumpkin pie, diced 1/4 cup milk 2 cups vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup gingersnaps or graham cracker cookies, crushed Put 2 glasses in the freezer to chill. Combine all ingredients excluding the 1/4 cup of cookies in the blender and blend. When completely blended, top each serving with remaining gingersnap crumbs. For a thicker milkshake, freeze pie before adding to the blender. Makes 2 servings
