Warm a cup of apple cider or apple juice. Mix in 2 tbsp caramel topping (the kind you put on ice cream). Garnish with a floating apple stick and a cinnamon stick. For adults you can also sweeten cider with 1 tbsp toffee liqueur like Dooley's.
