Taking better care of myself

I am 51 years old and it is time to start taking better care of myself.
I have become SO lazy and out of shape. Most the time I dont even remember to put sunscreen on.
I have been eating terribly.
I already have high cholesterol and 30 extra pounds and now at my last physical add to that high BP.

I guess eating whatever I have wanted for 51 years has caught up with me.

Every day I am going to start doing little things to take better care of myself.

Today I rode the exercise bike 9 minutes.
I ate healthy (my treat was a strawberrt popsicle...yummy!!( No fat and no sodium!) ......and before I go to sleep I am going to paint my nails.

hugs, train

Today I rode my exercise bike ten minutes, ate lots of fruits and vegies, drank my milk.

I cleaned out my bathroom, threw out old makeup, straightened the cupboards, nice and neat now except I found I have about 500 chapsticks and lip gloses!!! LOL!!

I am at my sisters house for a visit. Last night for exercise we walked around the lake. We will take another walk tonight after the sun goes down. It's way too hot right now.
Ernie (my BIL) made some really good homemade vegetable soup with low salt and I will have that tonight.

I am REALLY trying!!!!

hugs, train
