Hi Everyone!

I'm looking for your tried and true beauty, cleansing, dressing, makeup..etc tips that works for you! Everything from for inner and outer beauty!

I'd love for you to share some of your tips with us!

I use Cetaphil face wash every morning in the shower. It is less drying than soap and makes my skin feel really clean.

And this is silly but since I am up before everyone else in my family, I turn on my favorite radio station and sing in the shower. No one is up to hear me and I find music just makes me happy so it's a great way to start my day. (then it is off to walk the dog in the dark and cold)

Coconut oil removes makeup and moisturizes your face. I use coconut oil as a body moisturizer too. Love the stuff!

When I get really rough and dry skin on my heels in summer, I try to slather a skin cream over my heels and slip a pair of socks on at bedtime. It really seems to help.

Also 'time out' for me is as simple as a cup of chai and a book (nothing too heavy) and 30 minutes in my garden to read and enjoy. I especially love this in winter when it is misty and I am VERY rugged up.

When I am running late I hang my semi wrinkled clothes in the bathroom while I am taking a shower. The heat helps the wrinkles 2 disappear...

A little bit of baking soda mixed in your facial cleanser makes a good gentle scrub, use once or twice a week.

Add a bit of salt or sugar into your body wash for a quick scrub.

I use a drop of Olive oil rubbed together in my hands & then pat on my face. It keeps it moistured & helps with wrinkles too. It doesn't make my face oily because I use such a small amount. I do it at night before bed.

I keep my eyelashes from becoming brittle from Mascara by gently applying a little Vaseline to them at night before bed too.
