| Peanut Butter Cups
2 cups peanut butter
1 stick butter, soft
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1# powder sugar
mix together and roll with rolling pin into a large cookie sheet.
Melt 1 (12oz) package chocolate chips and 3 tbsp butter and mix together. Spread mixture onto peanut butter mixture and chill. Cut into squares before it gets too hard.
very very rich and so good!!!!
