Ick oysters LOL nope not for me.

I love stuffing when it's baked in muffin cups as the crust goes crunchy and it's a great snack. Mine has bacon and onion and herbs.

I haven't had oyster dressing since I was a kid, my paternal grandmother used to make it and regular dressing each Thanksgiving.

DD1 would probably like it as she likes eating oysters on the half shell at the Chinese buffet but I don't care for them.

I love oysters, roasted in the shell-but I haven't had much experience with them with other foods.

my broccoli casserole is really easy--
1 bag frozen broccoli (can be stems and pieces)
1 box stove top stuffing-any flavor
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
shredded cheddar cheese-I like to use monteray jack

mix everything together-except cheese. You don't have to wait for broccoli to thaw for this, but mix well-do not cook the stuffing before hand.
after mixing, put in a casserole dish, put in oven at 350 for 30 minutes, add cheese to top(lightly) heat till cheese is melted good.

This works so well for any get together-I should make it more for regular dinner, but only a couple of us eat it at home.
Hope you enjoy.

My signature Dish(s)

I do most of the cooking. As my mom always seems to get sick. Any my two aunts (well they don't cook or clean). I am mostly known for my desserts - Paula Deen's Pumpkin Buttery Gooey Cake with Cool-whip, pumpkin pie and/or Carrot Cake. They expect at least two of these each Thanksgiving. LOL!!! I love the holidays and baking just not the clean up. Any ideas on how to get lazy relatives to help some would be much appreciated. LOL!!!
