Yes, the candy flavor oils like you would make hard tack candy with can also be used to flavor icing. Krogers has them here too but not as big a selection as a specialty store. I buy mine locally at a store called The Cake Craft Store, they buy theirs from Lorann Oils. Of course I'm sure they get a better discount than a consumer would but what fun with all the choices.
