Barb, thanks for helping out with this.

I know that somewhere, sometime ago I saw a recipe for muffins that used cottage cheese. Do you know of any receips with this ingredient? I have checked out my recipe books, allrecipes.com, and even tasteofhome.com but cannot find one.

Here's a recipe that I found right here on Family Corner! This is a low-carb recipe.

If you google "cottage cheese muffins" you will get many results. Some include bacon, sundried tomato, and other savory ingredients.
