The bar of soap works for a lot of people. Some use even just a little motel sized piece of soap.

I have never heard of this but as some of u may know I have been in the hospital and am now back at home trying to recover. 1 of the things that I am being treated for is RLS which I have been put on 100mg Lyrica for. I do plan on trying this bar of soap thing and seeing if it works for me or not. I am praying that it works and that it at least takes somes some of the pain away so I can get some rest and try 2 get my body back in the shape that it needs to be in. I go back 2 the the Dr on Mon @ 3pm.

Wendy,

I originally put the bar of soap in bed for my hubby who gets toe cramps badly at times, but it started working for my lower back pain. Now I rarely have low back pain.

Blessings,
Dawn

Wendy, the bar of soap did not help my RLS. According to Dr. Gott, it won't help that but often does help other pains.
He recommends it for leg cramps also.

My old bar of soap stopped working, so I placed another bar in bed and took out the used up one, and it seems to be doing fine again.

Blessings,
Dawn

I have to say I have not had any leg cramps since I put a bar of soap in my bed. I didn't know they had to be changed occasionally.

Bar needs to be changed maybe every 3 months unless you need to change it sooner. You will know when if you start to have pain again.

If the bar of soap is effective for longer than 3 months than that is great.

Blessings,
Dawn

Well after 3 month the soaps should last a long, long time in the shower LOL.

Yeah! after 3 months of curing the soap in your bed it would be nice and hard.

Blessings,
Dawn
