Good morning all, I don't know if it is the soap but lower back does not hurt as much this morning as usual. I will be gone today again as going to the Seafood Festival where Gina and her friends have their crafts.

Well we gave it a try and DH said he slept so good last night. He didn't wake up in pain! Awesome!

OK I tried this for my back. The first time I tried this for my back the next morning I felt good. Not great but good. The next 2 days it was good but today my back is killing me! I will continue and see what happens. I do think it's mind over matter but if it works that's great!..........My ds has trouble with his knee. I tod my dil about the soap and she tried it. My ds laughed at this. The next morning ds said his knee felt great but his back was killing him. He said the pain went from his knee to his back because of the soap! lol Day 2 my dil woke up with a cramp in her big toe that she had never gotten before. She told me she threw the soap in the garbage!!!

I am sorry you and your family seem to be having so much difficulty with the "bar of soap for pain" thing. I would think that some remedies will work for some and maybe not for all.

All I know is that it has helped my lower back greatly. If the soap caused me more pain and did not relieve my original pain then I surely wouldn't use it.
