Very interesting will have to slip a few bars under the sheets when I make the bed today and see if it makes any difference with DH's arthritis pain.

Mom, I put a bar of soap under my fitted sheet a couple nights ago. I have occasional leg cramps and so far haven't had one since I put the soap there. I am also hoping it will help me with my lower back pain. I have to say today my back was much better but I am also sleeping with a pillow between my knees to align my spine so not sure which trick is working but will keep doing both anyway. So far so good. My dh thinks I am nuts!

It worked for dd's painful breathing!! Her chest hasn't been as painful, the really bad where she can't sit/stand up straight.

Sammi and Bluebird,

I am glad things are starting to work with the soap. I was wondering if anyone was experiencing any success yet. The bar of soap has been great for my lower back, it s actually pleasant to go to bed now and realize I will most likely get a good nights sleep with no lower back pain.

Blessings,
Dawn

Mom, my back pain was so bad I would cry if I dropped something because I didn't want to bend down to pick it up. My dh rolls his eyes at me because I put the soap in the bed but I figure it if works he can roll his eyes all he wants! LOL

Sammi,

I hear you about the pain thing. I would have such a hard time getting out of bed most of the time. If I stood too long I would really start to hurt and just to sit down to relieve the pain would cause me pain. It seemed like it was only getting worse as time went by. Now with the soap I hardly have pain, sometimes in my ribs, but my lower back feels really great most days. My hubby has a bar on his side of the bed, but he still chuckles about it.

Blessings,
Dawn

Sharon, I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try and I have to admit my back is feeling better. Today I didn't even take Aleve (though there is still a twinge of pain) Hopefully it will help Buck too.

WOW! Just put a soap under the fitted sheets! I hope it works for DH. He gets leg cramps. I get foot cramps. I want to keep on top of this. Very interesting.
