 Bacon Wrapped Scallops
BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS 20 baby spinach leaves 10 uncooked sea scallops 10 bacon strips, halved Fold spinach leaf around each scallop half. Wrap bacon over spinach leaf and secure with toothpick. Olace on broiler pan and broil 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes on each side.
