Beef Jerky recipe
1 1/2 lb London broil sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 C worshiresauce
1/4 C brown sugar
1 T liquid smoke
1 T pepper
Marinate overnight (plastic bag works well). Dry meat 8-10 hours until dry inside when bent. Rotate trays every couple of hours for more even drying.
If you don't like a lot of pepper you can use 1t instead. I also add a couple dashed of Tobasco
