It is often hard to think of an appropriate gift for a man who has just bought a house. Ive come up with a few gift ideas to make this task a little easier.
A Bottle of Nice Wine, Some Fuit, Cheeses and Crackers
To make this into a gift basket, add some wine glasses, a cheese tray and cheese knife.
Prepaid Newspaper Subscription
Either local, City or World
To make this into a gift basket, add some of his favorite morning treats..... scones or donuts, some coffee or tea, orange juice along with the first copy of the paper that youve paid for. Be sure to include a card telling him that he has a subscription to this paper and for how long it will last.
Homemade Gift Certificates from You
What man do you know who could resist an offer to help clean his house? Create homemade certificates good for one day of laundry, ironing, housecleaning, home cooked meals.....use your imagination for these.
Food Baskets
Go straight to his stomach with these! If you know his favorite meal, stick the dry foods in a basket and include a gift certificate to the local grocery store for the rest of the items. Add the recipe if needed.
