t-shirts

If I had FamilyCorner t-shirts made, would you guys be interested in buying them to support the site? I think I can probably get some t-shirts on trade for some advertising and there is a local printer here, I can find out what the cost would be. The ones that sell through CafePress are nice, but I only make $1.00 per t-shirt and they are kind of pricey. If I did do this, how much would you pay for a shirt?

Also, what would you like the t-shirts to say or have on them?

Amanda,

I would buy a t-shirt or two.

I actually still have the one from a couple years ago. It is so worn out now (can just about see through it) :p that I use it as a rag

That is how much I love it, I won't part with it no matter what it is used for.

LOL! I have a couple of them too and they have paint on them, and all kinds of other stains etc. They are pretty worn out!

T-Shirts

Boy you have a great idea there I think. I love T-Shirts and have what my family calls Winter shirts and Summer shirts. I too have some OLD ones that I only wear around the house or yard. Never out in the street they might call the cops on me BUT none of them are from FC as was not aware that there was any. Do you have a pix of the last shirt that I could see to have an idea what they would be like?

IF they were not too much might even buy 2 of them. Would this include the postage? Like so many on here I am on a VERY fixed income but also want to help Amanda as much as possible.

God bless all

Hi Patti

Actually, you can see the previous shirts at the link at the very top of the page that says "official gear", or just click here http://www.cafepress.com/familycorner

But, I think I would like to design them differently and would even like to put your message board user name on the front or back

Plus, the t-shirts above I only make $1.00 on. So I would rather design something else, get the shirts donated, and have the work done here in town. That way I think I could get all the shirts done at once, then when someone buys one, I could have their name put on in no time.

What do you think?

Woops, forgot to answer you on this. That depends on the price that everyone votes on I guess and the final cost. T-shirts are light, so the postage shouldn't be too bad, but we'll have to wait and see what the final costs come out to.

Hmmm.... with all of the members on this site, I'm sure someone has to know a printer, right?? Maybe you could work out some kind of deal with someone (the advertising idea was a good one, I think :p )
Please keep us posted, I would love a t-shirt or 2.... a small price to pay for a very worthy cause, if you ask me ;-)
