What happened to my Profile Picture? I looked in my User CP and the photo is still there, I tried deleting it to put it back in and it tells me it failed.??
I have noticed most of the ladies in the What Did You Do Frugal Today have lost their photos as well.

For now, they are gone. When the tech guys did some updates the other night, they profile pics were removed. Amanda is aware of it and will try to bring them back as soon as possible but there are other items on the list that are more pressing right now.
The last time I posted a inquiry was over a month ago and I'm still not able to post a photo. I even tried changing the picture and while it took in my FC profile it said "failed" when I tried to save the changes. I can see the photo is there but it won't upload. Missibob just posted she was having the same problems, which is why I went back in and tried to add mine. Do the photos need to be resized or something?

in order for me to help, please tell me the EXACT steps that you are taking and where you are wanting the picture to appear. This will help me tremendously. Tell me where you are trying to upload (gallery, your user CP, etc) and where you want it to show up, as well as the exact error message you are getting.
Also, are you able to post the picture here on this thread? That will help determine if you can post pictures at all.

Are you not able to post any pictures on the boards or is it that you can't post a profile picture?
The profile pictures feature is no longer available at this time. There might be a time in the future when they will reinstate it but we're just not sure.
Yes, the profile picture is what I was referring to. I notice some members still have theirs whereas mine was taken off for some reason. I hope they get it back on soon, it's one thing I like about FC is being able to see the member profile photos.

I have had a picture of Windi our dog on there since last spring, when we had the changes to the boards it was taken off, it's still in my profile page (although I changed it toda to a different photo of Windi) but it won't upload.

I think what you might be seeing are other member's avatars, not profile pictures. For instance, if you look beside Amanda's name, you will see a little picture that is customized and reduced to size for her avatar. Could this be what you are seeing?
