Packy, did you check off "remember me" in the login box? Also, what browser are you using (internet explorer, mozilla firefox, something else?) That might help us pinpoint the problem.

As to the Momsmenu problem, email editor@momsmenu.com with your concern.

I made a couple of small tweaks to your profile, not sure if it will make a difference or not.

Do you have your browser set to accept cookies? If not, then the boards will not be able to remember you and it will keep making you log back in. Make sure your Norton or McAfee isn't blocking the cookie too.

Try clearing out your browser cache as well. If you visited a long time ago and then came back, the cookie may still be in your cache but not recognizing something, like a new IP address your ISP might be routing through. There are a lot of different reasons this may be happening, but these are the most common

I have the same problem and also have Internet Explorer. If after logging in, I let the page idle for more than I'd say 5 minutes when I go to post it tells me I need to log back in and yup, I have clicked the "remember me" icon. This has been going on for several months. And yes, I have reported it before not sure if it was Amanda or Barbzy?

Anna, just out of curiosity, when that happens, do you "lose your whole post?" Because I sometimes see members complain that they have lost their whole post. I'm wondering if the 2 are related.

Barbzy

Yes. For example I may have started a post and went off to check on dinner, the mail box, etc. came back and finished typing what I started and hit Submit Reply and the whole thing vanishes it comes back up telling me I'm not logged in though I can clearly see before hitting the Reply button that I am logged in.
