Friends and teammates off the mat, these two are fierce competitors when they hit the floor tonight. Last year, Shawn Johnson dominated the gymnastics scene, winning every competition she entered. But this year, in their first meeting, Nastia Liukin grabbed the top spot, defeating Johnson at the American Cup. Since then, Johnson has not lost to Liukin, but the biggest obstacle in securing the coveted all-around gold medal will, no doubt, be Liukin.

As the veteran and Team Captain, Alicia Sacramone took it incredible hard, feeling she let her team down, when she fell in two separate events on Tuesday. She was clearly devastated when she stepped off the mat. So how is she doing now? Sources close to her tell us she is trying her best to move on, but is having a hard time. She has been trying to keep her mind off of it by visiting the salon in the Olympic Village, shopping and hanging out with her mom, dad and brother who are all in Beijing with her.
