Our newest Crown winner is: Happy6 for 5 Kids Craft Tips!
·Using condiment bottles (the kind with pointed lids) is a fun and easy way for children to help decorate your holiday cookies. Fill them with different color icing to decorate your cookies or cakes.
·Use a white crayon on a white paper and draw a picture. Paint over it using watercolor paints. The picture will appear like magic! You can also leave someone a secret message this way.
·My grandkids help me make Christmas tags before the gifts get wrapped. We punch a hole in the card and put a ribbon on it. On some we put glitter or cotton on a picture of snow or Santa's hat.
·Wrap crayons several times with masking tape and they won't snap in two when small children are creating their colorful designs.
·Make your own cloud http://www.familycorner.com/forums/s...own-cloud.html

Caroline we used to put the kids's names on their boiled Easter eggs with a crayon... the dye package comes with a crayon so you can make designs or names or whatever before you put the eggs in the dye. We used to hide the baskets & let the kids find the one with their name on the egg.

Bilby has won a Crown for 5 Craft Tips!
·Needle threaders can be used for threading string through holes for tags when card making or scrapping.
·Coloured envelopes are great for craft projects. Punch shapes out of them for future craft use. Some envies have great gold and silver inserts to punch and cut shapes out of; some have printed patterns.
·Break and empty eggshells, wash and dry, and color with acrylic craft paint, felt pens or dye. Spoon wax crystals into eggshells and position a wax-coated candlewick in the center of each egg. Wax crystals will melt after candles are lit and begin to burn.
·Make a silver foil card: coat cardstock with spray glue and carefully lay a sheet of kitchen foil on top, gently rubbing from the inside to the edges to take out any bubbles. Let dry before cutting or punching.
Use those odd or old earrings to decorate a card front. Take off the hook that goes into the ear and attach as an embellishment by either a couple of stitches or flat double sided tape.

Seleach has won a crown for 5 Just For You tips!
One tip has been lost; here are her other 4 winning tips!
·Mix witch hazel and a few drops of peppermint oil in a spray bottle. Spray it on to keep bugs and pests away. Witch hazel and tea tree oil also works.
·To keep my hair out of the way while applying makeup, I put a tissue around my hair and then clip it back. The tissue prevents clip dent in my hair.
·When you wear white tops, choose a flesh-colored bra. White ones really show through the white fabric.
·To keep my hair from getting frizzy after washing, I just spray it while still damp with hair spray. Let dry and comb out.

seleach has also won a crown for having 5 "I Won" icons!
