IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING YOUR BOOKMARKS
If you currently enter the FamilyCorner.com Message Boards
through one of the links on the FamilyCorner.com home page
or other pages from within the website, then this may not
apply to you.
However, if you have the FamilyCorner.com Message Boards
set as one of your bookmarks, it's important that you check
to see which address you have. Your bookmark will look
like one of these:
http://www.familycorner.com/forums
OR
http://www.thefamilycorner.com/forums
If you are using the second bookmark, the one that includes
the word "the" in the web address, PLEASE change it to the
first web address listed above.
This change is due to the use of our new chatroom. Cookies must
be set in order for the chatroom to recognize you, and we also
have to set the message boards to read the cookies from ONE
of these domains. We have chosen
www.familycorner.com as
that domain.
IF YOU DON'T CHANGE YOUR BOOKMARKS you will have
to log in with EVERY page you visit. Cookies will no longer work
on
www.thefamilycorner.com even if you never plan to use the
chatroom!

ACCESSING THE CHATROOM
If you would like to be able to access the chatroom at any
time, day or night, please go to the message boards and click
the button at the top that says USER CP. This will take you to
your user control panel.
Next, click "Edit Options".
Then set both of these options to "yes":
1) Automatically login when you return to the site?
2) Browse board with cookies?
Once these are set, log out of the boards by clicking the
LOGOUT button at the top of the page. Then log back in
by returning to the boards. If you do not see your user name
displayed at the top where it says "Welcome Back $username"
then scroll to the bottom of the forums. You will see a
place to log in. After logging in you should be able to click
the button at the top that says CHAT and you should be taken
right into the chatroom.
You should be all set from here on out and will not need to do
this again.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS DOESN'T WORK!
If after following these instructions, you still have trouble accessing
the chatroom, please let me know so that I can investigate further!

The only other thing I can think of is you are referring to the page refreshing and clicking every 15 seconds or so? That's set like that, is that what you are experiencing?
