Family Corner's Interview with Kenan Thompson, Star of the movie "Fat Albert"

Our very own webmom, Amanda, will be doing a phone interview with Fat Albert star, Kenan Thompson. Many of you will also recognize Kenan as a former star from the shows Kenan and Kel and All That.

We would like to get the opinons of everyone here at FC. Please help us out by answering the following question....

If you or your kids had 10 minutes on the phone with Kenan Thompson, what would you ask him?

Amanda will be searching through the posts to find the most original questions. She just might use your question in her interview!!

Amanda will be leaving for vacation tomorrow afternoon so we must work hard to post an answer by tonight!!

I asked the two DS about this.

DS # 1 said that he would ask him how old he was when he realized that he had the "gift of comedy".

DS # 2 wanted to know if he liked acting in the movies better than being on "All That".

I, of course, would ask him a question that he's probably been asked 1000's of times since shooting "Fat Albert" and that is if he was very familiar with the Fat Albert cartoons before being offered the key role.

I used to LOVE watching Fat Albert every Saturday morning!!! Wish they'd bring it back on Nick at Nite or TVLand.

We would ask what Kel is doing now and what upcoming projects lie ahead.

Id ask him how he got to be a reporter on CNN's Real News for Kids,because my oldest GD (almost 9) wants to do this, lol.
Ever since she saw Britney Spears "lil" sis on a similar type show, shes interested in this.

I think I would ask him if he had to watch a lot of the Fat Albert cartoon to prepare for the movie or if he just went by the script.

My 9yo son would want to ask him if he plays video games & which is his favorite.

My 11 yo daughter would ask him if he has any more movie projects he is working on.

I think I'd ask him if he misses working with Kel, because they made a great pair. Both are extremely funny.

DS # 1 thought of asking him what he considers the highlight of his career so far.

DS # would like to know who his mentor is.

You know, I had no idea he was on SNL when Tami posted that you were going to interview him. Then, this past Saturday night I was flipping channels and just happen to catch him there. Only thing is I didn't know if he was a "regular" or if he was only on for that week.
