No need to register!

Just an announcement regarding the chatroom. You are no longer required to register or log in seperately for chat. As long as you are a signed in registered user of the boards, you will be automatically taken into the chatroom!

Amanda,

I am having trouble getting into the chat rooms. I was able to get in when we had to sign in, but now the message about having to be a registered user comes up. I checked to make sure cookies are enabled on my computer, so I am not sure what the problem is. Any ideas? I think Kelly was having the same probem.

Ok we believe we may have isolated the problem here for some of you. Try doing this if you are unable to get into the chatroom from the boards:

1) Go to the top of the forums and click the button that says LOGOUT.

2) Go back to the forum home page, if it does not automatically log you back in, scroll to the bottom of the page and log back in.

3) Try entering the chatroom now by clicking the button that says CHAT.

Looks like another issue may be that you MUST have cookies accepted in your user control panel in order for the chat to recognize you.

1) click the button at the top that says USER CP

2) click "edit Options"

3) The following options must say "yes":

Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)

Browse board with cookies?

After those are selected, try logging out then leaving the site all together, then returning to the FamilyCorner.com home page. Then click to the message boards from there.
