Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. onion salt 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 4 hamburger buns, split MIX turkey, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and onion salt in large bowl. Shape into 4 (4-inch) patties; set aside. MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Remove mushrooms from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add patties to skillet; cook on medium heat 12 to 14 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Serve in buns; top with mushrooms.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration, not necessary though
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line one 9x13 inch pan with greased parchment paper, or greased the pan with cooking spray or butter, vegetable shortening.
Combine the cocoa, melted butter, sugar, eggs, salt , flour and vanilla. Mix until well combined. It should be very thick and sticky.
Spread mixture into the prepared pan. Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
This can be made in any shape pan, as I made them in a 9 inch heart shaped pan for Father's Day, you can also use a square brownie/cake pan too. or double in and put it in a rectangular cake pan, like an 8x10 size.
I hope you enjoy these. We all have.

Minny, the What's for Dinner is the only place where you can win a Chef Guy, but a Blue Ribbon can be won by a recipe posted anywhere on our site Some Blue Ribbons come from recipes posted at WFD, but not all of them.
