i really dont know where to start my grand child is being raised by a very selfish human being there seem to be some health issues(deveopmental skils) she is so focused on keeping my side of his family at bay and hurting the childs father she cant see what shes really doing i've tried for visitations but she moves around so much we cant get an address to serve her i worry about this child whose only 9 months and still won't hold his own bottle, try standing or anythings he should be trying to do at this stage i can't really say its all selfish maybe she doesnt know but she refuses to allow me contact especially she recently lost her own mom and i am sorry but the less time i spend with my grandson i am afraid the less bonding that will take place right now i don't feel a real great closeness but i worry because h is myblood anyone out there with any suggestions on how to reach this girl please feel free to speak up

Crazy, I am so sorry for your situation. I know that grandparent rights vary from state to state and some state don't even acknowledge their rights at all. So, you may be out of luck there. However, if the primary parent in charge of the care of your grandchild is neglecting his needs because he is developmentally behind, you should call whatever state agency is over abuse/neglect and turn her in as soon as you get her address. In Texas is is Child Protective Services. They should make an unannounced visit and inspection. Then they will go from there. If they deem that the child's needs are being neglected, they can order her to take the child in for a check-up, to see a psychologist, or any number of things.

I would contact someone in the CPS too. They can tell you how and point you in the right direction to FIND her and him!

I would explain the situation and Im sure they will help!
