I wanted to say thank you for all the wonderful ideas. The event was Sat. and it went great, everyone had a great time, I used so many of your ideas, we may even have on every fall. Thanks again I really wished you all could have been there I just know we could all have a ball together.

HI,
I'm glad the fall party went well. I have read so many neat replys and ideas, I was just curious as to all the activities you ended up doing and all the kind of foods and beverages you had there. Details... I want Details.. lol.

Hi nkeeta,
We had a hay ride, apple bobbing, a pumpkin rolling contest, horseshoes, a wood splitting contest, scarecrow dressing relay, sack race, pumpkin pie eating contest [with lots of whipped topping of course] . and a cake walk [everyone was asked to bring a cake and a pumpkin pie.]
We had Hotdogs with all the toppings, baked cookies, fruit bread, and goodies. Hot or cold Apple cider or lemonade.
We had a bon fire and some brought their guitars and we sang. It was just a day of fun and fellowship, we called it "Old Fashioned Fun Day.

Next year I wanna come. I'm sure I could find a store that sells pumpkin pies and cakes. I promise to be on my best behavior.
