New to this, but thought I would start with my upcoming 30th Wedding Anniversary. Sugust 26th we will celebrate 30 years of Wedded Bliss. my husband is a saint to put up with me & I do mean that.
I suffer from some health conditions in the past year that has caused me to lose my job & health benefits. Also I am not able to do what I used to around the house, but he steps right up to help.
Not to mention 30 years of marriage is not common these days!
Our anniversary is also August 27 - it will be 24 years. I am really, really lucky. My husband is a gem. We have been through some really rough times including my husband being off work for 3 1/2 years with a head injury (until last year). We have grown together. I personally think I was just very lucky, because at 21, who is that smart? Happy anniversary Stu. I love you.
Our Anniversary is coming up on Monday August 28th----24 years! Seems like only yesterday when we got married and yet I can hardly remember life without my DH.
Our wedding colors were peach, yellow and brown (very late 70's, early 80's colors). My two sisters were my bridesmaids and DH had a friend and his brother for his groomsmen.
Been a great 24 years--lots of laughs and some tears, but wouldn't trade them for anything.
