My ds b'day is today and when he was little use to look thru the calendar to check for Friday the 13th.

My birthday is today, Aug. 19th, the same as my cousin. I have a new granddaughter who was born Aug. 16th. My brother, Tom, has a birthday on Aug. 17th and my Mom on Aug. 13th. Isn't August a great month?

I have a special little grandson that has a birthday today as well. He turned 4. My son's birthday is also on the 22nd .

I want to tell you how my August Birthday went this year. I woke up and went to work like any regular day. Upon arrival at home, my three children was all huddled together in the kitchen. As soon as I walked in they broke out in a song of "Happy Birthday". How sweet!! That is right about the time that I remembered that it was my birthday.

. You know your getting old when you forget about your own birthday!!

HEHEHHEEH!! I know this is really late and might not be read til next year. But I'm puttin it on anyway, cause I just found this sight/forum. And, my wonderful husband of 23 years finally ordered my late birthday present two nights ago (in Oct). My BD is 6Aug1950 (that's 52 for those of you who are math challenged, LOL). My hubby ordered me one of those new, with all the bells and whistles, Sony Clie's. I am so excited, crazy , huh! Because now I will not have to depend on this swiss chees brain of mine to remember all the details of this really crazy, wonderful full life of ours.
