I am sorry to hear you had to have your foot amputated, Wow that must have really been hard on you. Did you try contacting Ajrsmom or Amanda about the difficulty logging in?

Sorry it took so long for me to respond--I just got home from a 17 day hospital stay where half of my foot was amputated. The fun never stops lol!

Thank you, too, Anna. Yeah, this is truly the worst thing that I have ever been through. But I know people that have been through much worse and some still are going thru a lot. So overall, I can't complain too much. Once I've healed and have my mobility back it won't be so bad.

Hey Turtle! Let us know what name you will be keeping when it is all figured out! Glad you are back with us! I know what you mean about internet service! We live in the middle of no where also and the only thing we can get is Hughesnet (satellite) and it doenslt work either sometimes! Supposingly all my trees are a big problem for one thing! Other times...who knows!
I ha a friend years ago that when she divorced her ex lived with her for a long while, neither could make a go of it as having a place to live if they didn't do that. So her and the kids would have been out on the street if they hadn't done that till she found a job and transportation and saved up some money to rent a place. They just lived separate lives and acted as "roommates". She thinks it helped her kids adjust to the final outcome easier too...
Anyway, welcome back and hope you can drop in more often (when your service works!)

Catlover, that about explains our situation in a nutshell lol! He was going to move as soon as the divorce was final but didn't have the money. I hadn't found full-time work either so when the time came, I explained the whole thing to the judge. Mainly how I couldn't trust him to take care of the kids' needs before his own--hence how I got child support even though we still live in the same house. The only issue is that I am seeing someone and he hates it...I just tell him he is welcome to leave if he can't handle it.
