Birthmark?

Do you have a birthmark? Do any of your family members have a birthmark? What does it look like? Did any of them have problems with it and how did you handle it?

My birthmark looks like a big bruise, it is under my right shoulder blade. Sometimes it is very noticeable, and looks like someone beat me.

I have an oval shaped one on my right knee and younger brother did too same knee. My one dau has one on back in between her shoulder blades. Both mine and hers is fading tho'

I have one on my under my right pinkie toe. And one right under my belly button.

i have sort of a unique one too... mine is on the underside of my left elbow and is looks like one large round and dark freckle - Thankfully it is surrounded by several little dark freckles so it doesn't stand out so much. Although I can recall several family members who would attempt to "rub off" my smudge as a child until my mom told them what it was. One of my sisters has / had one on her upper arm that resembled a puffed raspberry bump. The doctor told my mom there was nothing to worry about until it grows bigger - it didn't but my sister did.

I have a large freckle-sized mole on the top of my left ear.

I have a scar on my nose from having chicken pox. Everyone thinks asks if that's a birthmark.

My son has a birthmark in his hair on the back of his head. When his hair is cut really short in the back, you can see a dark brown patch of hair shining through the rest of the blonde/brown hair on his head.

Cameron ds2 has one above his elbow on his right arm.
It's the orange mole sorta colour and had stiffish orange hair (like on his head) in it but longer than body hair.
The hair has faded to a strawberry blonde, he hates it and likes his t-shirt sleeves to cover it's probably 1.5 inches by 1 inch in an oval shape.

DH has one that looks like a thumb print above his knee not really big.

My niece has a port small wine birthmark on her side above her waist, can't really notice it as it's covered by clothes.
